At Pro Prints, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on workmanship and materials. Our goal is to deliver premium prints based on the exact specifications provided by the account holder.
All orders are printed exactly as submitted. We are unable to make edits to images or files once they have been uploaded, and we do not provide file review or color-correction services. Because each photographer builds and submits their own order, Pro Prints is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution images, cropping choices, text or logo placement, product or size selections, uncalibrated edits, or embedded color profiles.
We are unable to offer returns or refunds for flaws inherent in the original image file or for decisions made by the photographer or their client after the order is placed. Our products arrive ready to hang and are intended to be displayed as constructed. Any alterations, such as adding a D-ring to a canvas print, void the product warranty. Please note that refunds, credits, or replacements cannot be provided for items that have been modified.
Replacements & Reprints:
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please keep all packaging and contents and contact us with your order number within 4 months of receiving it so we can assist with a replacement. If possible, include photos that clearly show the issue on the product as well as the shipping materials. Replacements take 4–6 business days to produce and will be shipped using the same service level you selected for your original order, standard or expedited shipping. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process replacements for items reported after the 4-month timeframe.
Shipping:
All orders are made to order and are produced and shipped promptly from Pro Prints facilities. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by major carriers, and delays due to holidays, extreme weather, or other carrier-related issues are outside of our control. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
