All Metal Prints MAX orders are printed exactly as submitted. We are unable to make edits to images or files once they have been uploaded, and we do not provide file review or color-correction services. Because each photographer builds and submits their own order, Pro Prints is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution images, cropping choices, text or logo placement, product or size selections, uncalibrated edits, or embedded color profiles.
Metal Prints MAX panels are coated using state-of-the-art coating machines. While we inspect each panel carefully, the coating may sometimes contain minor imperfections, such as small craters or bumps. When present, we place these imperfections in the least noticeable areas of the image. We can only remake Metal Prints MAX if an imperfection occurs in a very prominent part of the image.
Metal Prints MAX are weatherproof and moisture-resistant, but like any print, they will fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight. Please handle and display accordingly.
