In order to comply with the majority of state and local sales tax law requirements, it is necessary that we have in our files a properly executed Sales Tax Exemption Certificate(s) from all of our customers who claim sales tax exemption. If we do not have this certificate, we are obligated to collect the tax for the state in which the product(s) is delivered.
Tax will be charged based on the state that your order is shipped to. If your tax-exempt form is good in one state, and you're shipping to a different state, sales tax will be charged for that order. To bypass this, you will need to fill out a multijurisdictional certificate, which we can provide.
Please note: We are unable to accept sales tax licenses as proof. We only accept the standard certificates made available for download below. We cannot refund sales tax on orders made before your tax-exempt certificate was approved.
If you are entitled to sales tax exemption, please complete a certificate (PDF) and submit it to us via the Tax Exemption Certificates dashboard located in your Pro Prints account.
