Yes, Pro Prints does charge sales tax on orders.
If you’d like to be tax-exempt, you can submit your Tax Exemption Certificate by going to My Account → Tax Exemption Certificates.
Please note: we’re unable to accept a Tax License as a form of exemption.
Once your certificate is uploaded, it typically takes 3–5 business days for our team to review it.
You’ll receive an email with the status as soon as the review is complete.
To avoid any delays, please be sure your form is fully completed and signed before submitting.
Also, we’re not able to refund taxes on any orders placed before your Tax Exemption Certificate is approved or after it has expired.
