1 - Verify that your file is formatted as .jpg or .jpeg and the file name does not have any special characters in it (only alphanumeric values are permitted).
2 - This could be caused by a cache issue on your browser. Clear out your browser's cache and cookies, restart the browser, and try again.
3 - You can also try uploading from a different web browser.
