Please make sure your image file names are saved with ONLY alpha-numeric characters in a .jpg format, because the shipping cart will not recognize other characters.
Examples:
DO save file as PICTURE123416x20.jpg
DO NOT save file as PICTURE?/*1234(16x20).jpg
