Here at Pro Prints, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee regarding the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce all our product offerings. We strive to deliver high-quality products based on the order specifications set forth by the account holder.
All orders are printed exactly as they are submitted. We cannot edit or make changes. Additionally, we do not provide file review services. Because you created your order, we are not responsible for low-resolution image files, cropping selections, misspelled or misplaced text or logos, size & product selections, or uncalibrated photo edits.
We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file or decisions made by the photographer or their client after placing the order. Our products come ready to hang and are intended to be hung as they are constructed. Altering our products or the backing will negate the product's warranty. (For instance, adding a D-ring to the canvas wrap pro.) Please keep in mind that we will not be able to offer refunds, credits, or replacements for products that have been altered.
Replacements/Reprints:
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 4 months of receiving it so we can assist with a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot process replacements for items reported after that timeframe.
Replacements take four business days to produce and will be shipped using the same service level selected for your original order (Standard, Expedited, or Overnight).
Shipping
All orders are “made to order” and are produced and shipped promptly from our lab. Shipping times are only estimates provided by major freight and shipping services. We cannot be held liable for items that are delayed during shipping due to holidays and extreme weather conditions, as we have no control over this.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
