We strive to deliver high-quality products based on the order specifications set forth by the account holder. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file or decisions made by the photographer or their client after the order was placed. Our products come ready to hang and are intended to be hung as they are constructed. Altering our products or the backing in any way will negate the warranty of the product. Please keep in mind that we will not be able to offer refunds, credits, or replacements for products that have been altered.
Replacements also require our 4-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order (i.e., Standard, Expedited, or Overnight shipping methods).
