All orders move to print immediately, this includes after customer service hours of operation. We recommend that if you have any questions about your image file, border alignment, etc. that you wait until the following business day to submit and contact Customer Service. Your cart will remain in the meanwhile if you are logged in.
If you have placed your order and need to cancel or make changes to it, please call the Pro Prints Customer Service team at 855-330-6449, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm MST, or send us an email to support@proprints.com.
Pro Prints Customer Service team will do everything they can to accommodate your request, but if your custom product has already printed when Customer Service reviews correspondences posted after hours, we will not be able to stop production.
If you do have questions about your order after phone support hours, but are worried you may miss out on a promotion expiring soon, please wait until the following business day to contact us and we would be happy to honor the promotion within 24 business hours of the expiration.
