All orders move to print immediately, even after customer service hours of operation. We recommend that if you have any questions about your image file, border alignment, etc., that you wait until the following business day to submit and contact Customer Service. Your cart WILL stay intact.
If you have placed your order and need to cancel or make changes to it, please call us at 855-330-6449, Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST, or send us an email to support@proprints.com. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but if your custom product has already printed when Customer Service reviews correspondences posted after hours, we will not be able to stop production.
