What if my company doesn’t provide tax exemption documentation to Pro Prints? Is Pro Prints required to charge sales tax? In other words, does Pro Prints assume that my company has nexus in every state?

We do not assume our customers have nexus. Without proper exemption documentation, we are required to default to Pro Prints’ nexus. Since we have nexus in every state we would be required to charge sales tax.
